ARTWORK DETAILS

Size: 9 × 12 inches

Subjects: Maximum of 3 (people, pets, or a combination of both)

Style: Original, vintage tattoo-inspired portrait

Shipping: Artwork arrives rolled in a protective tube, ready to frame

Each portrait is created in my signature style, combining your chosen colors and accessories with the unique features of your subjects.

1. SUBMITTING YOUR PHOTOS

After placing your order, please email one clear, high-quality photo of each subject separately.

Photo Requirements:

Subjects should face the camera directly or be turned slightly to either side.

Choose clear, portrait-style photos that accurately show each subject’s features.

The photos submitted will be used as the exact references for your artwork.

Important: In your email, clearly identify which photo corresponds to each subject listed on your customization form.

Please check your spam, junk, and all-mail folders for email correspondence.

Photo Deadline: Reference photos must be received within the month your commission was booked. Orders without photos after this period will be considered inactive and payments are non-refundable.

2. CUSTOMIZATION DETAILS

Please be as specific as possible when completing your customization form.

For each subject, clearly identify:

Which sunglasses and colors they should have

Scarf or bandana colors and patterns

Any additional accessories or requested details

Include a brief physical description of each subject so I can correctly match your selections to the reference photos.

Example:

Black Lab: Pink sunglasses, cheetah-print scarf

Man with brown hair and beard: Blue sunglasses, black bandana

Please do not assume I will know which colors or accessories belong to each subject without clear instructions.

Scarves and sunglasses are standard design elements, customized in my artistic style. Scarf placement (head or neck) will be determined at my discretion.

Your selected colors will be incorporated into the design while maintaining my signature vintage tattoo-inspired style.

3. CREATION PROCESS

Each portrait is individually created using your reference photos and customization selections.

Please allow 4–8 weeks for completion, plus shipping time.

The final artwork will reflect your subjects through my personal artistic interpretation.

4. CHANGES & REVISIONS

Please double-check all information before submitting your order.

Colors, accessories, or details not clearly specified in your form cannot be guaranteed.

Customization is limited to the options provided on the website.

Additional alterations or revisions are not included.

Requests for changes after ordering, including color selections and shipping address corrections, will be accommodated when possible but cannot be guaranteed.

5. SHIPPING & POLICIES

Artwork ships rolled in a sturdy protective tube.

Shipping time is additional to the 4–8 week creation period.

All sales are final.

International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes, which may be collected upon delivery.
